Abstract

Hace ya muchos años que venimos insistiendo con la tesis que fue Nimio de Anquín el primer filósofo indiano que con rigor metafísico planteó el tema de una filosofía desde América. 1 El texto que ofrecemos llegó a mis manos por Máximo Chaparro, el prologuista santafecino de sus Escritos Políticos y director del CENA (Centro de estudios Nimio de Anquín), que gerencia el estudioso Ignacio Lugli. Nosotros, hemos agregado algunas notas y corregido errores de tipeo. El texto ofrece, además, una síntesis inmejorable del pensamiento aquiniano. Alberto Buela.

For many years we have been insisting with the tesis that Nimio de Anquín was the first indiano philosopher that with metaphysical rigor raised the issue of a philosophy from America.1 The text that we offer came to me by Max Chaparro, prologue of his political writings and director of CENA (Centre for the Study of Nimio de Anquín), who manages the scholar Ignacio Lugli.
