dc.description.abstractLa reforma energética ha traído cambios sustanciales al país de México que implicaron modificaciones constitucionales. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los ingresos fiscales de exportación y de servicios de PEMEX y los ingresos petroleros y tributarios de la Administración Pública Federal para comprender la iniciativa de reforma constitucional. Se trata de un estudio presupuestal de PE-MEX y de los ingresos fiscales del gobierno federal.es_MX
dc.description.abstractEnergy reform has brought substantial changes to the country of Mexico that involved constitutional changes. The aim of this paper is to analyze export tax revenues and PEMEX services and oil and tax revenues of the Federal Government to understand the proposed constitutional reform. It is a study of PE-MEX budget and tax revenues of the federal government.
