Programa para el desarrollo de la Industria del software (PROSOFT)

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer el marco normativo del Programa para el Desarrollo de la Industria del Software en México (PROSOFT). Se presentan los antecedentes al programa y su evolución. También se explica la estructura del programa, los recursos ejercidos, los objetivos, las reglas de operación, y la fiscalización de los recursos asignados a los beneficiarios de dicho programa. Como resultado de este análisis se tiene que el programa ha innovado durante las distintas ediciones y se ha fusionado con otras figuras repercutiendo en beneficio para la sociedad.The objective of this work is to know the normative framework of the program for the development of the software industry in Mexico (ProSoft). The background to the program and its evolution are presented. It also explains the structure of the programme, the resources exercised, the objectives, the rules of operation, and the control of the resources allocated to the beneficiaries of that programme. As a result of this analysis the program has been innovated during the different editions and it has merged with other figures, affecting the benefit of society
